About Lantz Mintch
Lantz has in excess of 25 years experience as a financial executive and financial project manager. Proficient as a chief financial officer, he has operated with Fortune 100 and mid-size companies, managing all financial functions for both financial-services and manufacturing / distribution enterprises. He is competent in Board of Director interaction and leading enterprise-wide strategic planning, profit planning, internal audit, and regulatory compliance. Lantz has a proven record in managing financial return for multiple product lines. Designed and led strategic planning process for multiple divisions of geographically-diverse organizations, including supervision and execution of implementation plans. Redesigned processes for inventory, purchasing, and various other financial and operating processes.
Lantz holds a degree in Business with a major in Accounting together with an MBA from Indiana University. He received certification as a CPA in 1986. He currently is a member of Financial Executives International, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Indiana CPA Society. Lantz and his wife of 22 years reside in Fort Wayne, Indiana, with their daughter and two sons.
